Learner Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the AdlerNext Learning platform (www.adlernext.in), owned and operated by AdlerTech Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U72900PN2020OPC194593), by any individual registering as a learner. By registering, enrolling in, or accessing any course on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AdlerNext Learning is a marketplace platform that hosts courses created by independent Instructors or course sellers. Your enrollment, purchase, certificate, and overall learning relationship is with AdlerNext Learning, a brand of AdlerTech Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd., and not directly with the individual Instructor, except for academic delivery of course content.

All learner support, grievance redressal, refunds, and certification are managed centrally by AdlerNext Learning.

Learners must be at least 13 years of age to register; learners under 18 years of age must enroll through a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any learner account for fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Course prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive or exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout. Payment must be made in full through the Platform's designated payment gateway prior to gaining access to course content.

Upon successful payment, Learners shall receive access to the purchased course content, including syllabus, video lectures, assignments, and tests, for the access duration specified at the time of purchase.

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; the Company does not store Learner card or banking credentials.

Course materials including video lectures, assignments, quizzes, tests, and reading material are provided for the Learner's personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Upon successful completion of a course, including meeting any minimum assessment or attendance criteria prescribed for that course, the Learner shall receive a Certificate of Completion issued in the name and brand of AdlerNext Learning.

Certificates are issued solely by AdlerNext Learning and not by the individual Instructor. The Company reserves the right to verify certificate authenticity requests from third parties, such as employers, at its discretion.

Refund requests shall be evaluated as per the Platform's refund policy communicated at the time of purchase, generally permitting refund requests within a limited window from the date of purchase, provided course completion and content access thresholds have not been exceeded.

No refunds shall be provided once a Certificate of Completion has been issued for the relevant course.

Learners agree not to:

• Share, resell, copy, download beyond permitted offline access features, or distribute course content to any third party.
• Use automated tools, bots, or screen-recording for unauthorized redistribution of course content.
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct toward Instructors, other learners, or Platform staff.
• Misuse the ratings/review system, including posting fake or retaliatory reviews.

Learners may rate and review courses they have purchased. Ratings contribute to the Platform's quality assurance framework, including the Company's policy of reviewing courses that fall below a 3.5 average rating threshold.

The Company reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Learner personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Learner data, including enrollment and progress data, is owned by AdlerTech Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd. and is shared with the relevant Instructor only to the extent necessary for academic delivery and support.

The Company implements reasonable security safeguards to protect Learner data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

All course content remains the intellectual property of the respective Instructor and/or the Company, as applicable, and is licensed to the Learner for personal educational use only. No ownership rights are transferred to the Learner.

The AdlerNext Learning name, logo, and certificate design are the exclusive property of AdlerTech Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd.

• To modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or feature of the Platform with reasonable notice.
• To remove any Learner account for breach of these Terms.
• To amend these Terms from time to time, with continued use of the Platform constituting acceptance.
• To delist courses or suspend Instructors that fail to meet quality/rating standards, which may affect Learner access; in such cases, the Company shall offer appropriate remedies as per policy.

The Company strives to ensure course quality through its Instructor guidelines and rating-based quality controls but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment, or certification recognition by third parties.

The Company's aggregate liability to a Learner shall not exceed the amount paid by the Learner for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to resolution first through good-faith negotiation and thereafter through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

For queries, complaints, or grievances, Learners may contact the designated Grievance Officer of AdlerTech Innovations OPC Pvt. Ltd. through the contact details published on www.adlernext.in.

By registering on AdlerNext Learning and/or enrolling in any course, the Learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Platform's Privacy Policy.
